Mr. Troy Walt was the most amazing, loyal, bondsman I have ever worked with. I was locked up very unexpectedly as many of us are and put in a tight bond where they had me put away in the medical facility where it is very isolated, you can't move they stuck me in with two other women and only come to see you and let you use the phone thru a tiny little slot that they open if someone comes to the window on their few rounds. When I tried to make a phone calls to other bondsman's my calls were not going thru, when I had initially went into jail I had $160 cash so it didn't make sense to me why I didn't have any money to make calls. I called Mr. Troy about twenty times frantically begging him to get me out and every time he picked up and assured me as best as he could that he would get me out. I just had to be patient and he would take care of me. He definitely was very respectful. nice, courteous, and readily available all the time even when he was working with other clients he took the time to answer the phone. I am so thankful to him to be where I am today, I am back at work and trying to get my life together . He was very professional, compassionate, and definitely patient with my freaking out personality.
